This Alaskan smoked salmon cheeseball is a great addition to any holiday table. And its easy to make!

Alaskan Smoked Salmon Cheeseball

7 oz Copper River Smoked Salmon
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp horseradish
2 Tbsp finely minced onions
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup crushed pecans
2 Tbsp parsley flakes

Flake Alaskan smoked salmon in large mixing bowl. Combine with cream cheese.

Add horseradish, onions and lemon juice and mix until smooth and consistent.

Using plastic wrap, form mixture into a ball and chill for 2-3 hours.

Combine pecans and parsley in mixing bowl and roll ball in it until evenly coated.

Serve surrounded by your favorite crackers and fresh vegetables.
