Going through my inventory recently, I came across some handpainted goldpans I forgot I had. These are beautifully handpainted with Alaskan scenes. They are all one-of-a-kind scenes, handpainted by Charmaine, an Alaskan artist. The detail is excellent; I doubt my pictures do them justice.

This Alaskan smoked salmon cheeseball is a great addition to any holiday table. And its easy to make!
Alaskan Smoked Salmon Cheeseball
7 oz Copper River Smoked Salmon
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp horseradish
2 Tbsp finely minced onions
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup crushed pecans
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
