Ingredients:

8 oz. dried egg fettuccini
4 oz. asparagus (about 1-1/2 cups), trimmed and cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces
2 oz. sliced mushrooms (about 1 cup)
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:
6 ounces Alaskan Smoked Salmon
Two 6 1/2 ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts
4 ounce can mild green chilies
6 Tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
